▶ I believe the three axis adopts high precision ball guide, quick displacement 48m, greatly speed and save the processing time. The design of lengthening worktable can clamp many workpiece at the same time. The main shaft adopts multi head and high-power electric spindle, which can be processed at the same time with high speed and high efficiency. The spindle box is designed with nitrogen balance weight balancing mechanism to ensure the high speed and stability of the spindle box.
▶ Z axis adopts four slide rails increase the number of uniform stress, the structure is more reasonable; the electric spindle is connected with flange to ensure more accurate close spacing between the spindle, so as to ensure the similarity of parts.
